To prepare this event, we had to create an invitation on "Facebook". We chose to make that in English. The result is the following:

Your friends (Guillaume and Rémi) have had a very good idea: one Cocktails Night with you!
The following of the night:
- 6.30 p.m: we go to dinner at the RU or other thing... - about 7.30 p.m: we go to the flat chosen and the Cocktail Night can begin until what all binomials presented their cocktails!!!
Night rules:
When we will be at RU: all persons should speak English but if we say a french world it's not serious! However, from 7.30 p.m (in the night beginning) when a person speak in french, a binomial member should drink a alcohol shoutter! All cockails must be realized with a lot of seriousness!
Purpose night:
Each binomial should present two cocktails in front of other binomials. All people will taste cocktails and should guess what are ingredients in the cocktail!

Before to tell you the following of the Night, it's important to say who was at this Night:

To beginning, we can see that the Night took place very nice. After to have dinner at RU, we used the streetcar to go at Florinne flat. When we arrived, we decided to create a zone where we could speak in French (the hall). However, in the living room we had to speak only in English. After having define it, we began the Night:
It's Guillaume R. who begin to create his cocktail in of all people. He is telling:
In first, I put down mint leaves (Approximately 4 leaves) at the bottom of each glasses. Then, I put quarters of green lemon and quarters of yellow lemon.
Then, above I put pieces of strawberries. After that, I crushed the all to extract lemons juice (yellow and green), strawberries juice and the mint taste.
Then, I poured the sugar, and I put the crushed ice until top of the glass.
I poured 6Cl of Rhum and 3Cl Strawberry syrup. To finish, I poured some sparkling water to fill the glass.
Put a straw and taste it. Good appetite !!!
After this very successfull cocktail, each person came in front of others to present his cocktail. The progress of the Night was very good and very funny. Here are some photos of the continuation of the Night.
